Debbi is not just a skilled realtor—she’s someone who truly cares for her clients and their well-being. We shared a mutual client, Debbi helping her sell in Oregon and I helping her buy in Texas. We give Debbi total credit for an easy home buying experience. We moved from Keizer and found our forever home in one trip over the mountain. Debbi showed us a number of homes that were within our price range and targeted the amenities we had discussed. We knew the home buying market was very competitive in Central Oregon, and Debbi prepared us for this truth ahead of time.

We call Debbi the Angel of Real Estate! We were looking to move from the Salem area to Bend in the dead of winter. We were usually able to make it over to look at houses at least once a week, but with a red-hot housing market that wasn’t always fast enough. Debbi has amazing resources and let us know quickly about houses just coming on the market so we could get over to see them on day 1. When that wasn’t possible, she did video tours for us. We were very selective about what we wanted and didn’t want and she obviously took stellar notes because she showed us exactly what we were looking for - even when what we wanted changed! Buying at the peak of the market was a challenge, given all the all-cash offers and way above list-offers. We found our absolute dream home and Debbi worked her magic and got us the house, beating out multiple other offers. She was always patient and supportive and gave very honest feedback to help guide us along. I can honestly say that she’s the best real estate professional we’ve ever used and we are sold for life on her!
